In store apps gone bad

This company is a sham! There is no way to get in touch with the developer and we have downloaded the game in full. Half the downloads do not work anymore and even tried to remove and upload again. Unfortunately no customer service email and no way to fix so out anywhere from $9-20 USD cant remember exactly as it was awhile back when we purchased. Apple should ban companies like this that have no way to get in touch with!!
